Step 1:
Click here to learn serial connection using console cable
Step 2:
Use following parameters in putty and click Open
Step 3: CTRL + Pause Break or ESC while booting to interrupt boot process and go into rommon mode
Step 4: In rommon mode type confreg 0x41
Write reset to restart firewall
After booting process
Step 5: Write enable command
Step 6: password leave it blank
Step 7: write erase command to reset the firewall.
show inventory to find pid and serial number
sh ver or sh hardware to find detail of system image and processor.
